No, the placement test is not free — a small fee applies. This assessment helps us place you at the most appropriate level to ensure you get the best start. If you have a recent Cambridge Exam, IELTS, or TOEFL score, you can share it with us instead.
A learner of English at house of Britain can take maximum 10 hours per week.
There are maximum of four students in a group class to make sure we meet your language needs and the lesson is efficient.
The minimum age for our classes is 16 years old.
You must at least be an Elementary level learner of English.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please inform us by 3:00 PM on the day before the class. We will then try to arrange an alternative time for you. In such cases, it is possible to make up the lesson at a time set by your main course teacher.
We can only offer refunds if you let us know by 3:00 PM the day before your lesson.
Class times can be changed by mutual consent.
