1. When you visit the Website, data related to your activity is collected automatically, such as time spent on the website, search terms, number of sub-pages displayed, date and source of the visit.

2. The User may submit their data in the Form in order to receive an offer of an English language course. The Form requires identification and contact data to the extent necessary to use the services and for contact purposes. It is also possible to provide additional data, but these are optional.

3. The service allows you to contact the Administrator and provide identification and contact data, as well as data related to the content of the message.

4. With your consent, your contact and/or analytical data may be collected for marketing purposes.

3. Source of data

1. We collect data directly from users.

2. We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Data provided voluntarily - e.g. name, surname, email address, telephone number, which the user provides through contact forms or newsletter sign-ups.
- Data collected automatically - e.g. IP address, device type, operating system, web browser, data about activity on the Site (e.g. time spent on the Site, links clicked).

4. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

We process your personal data for:
- analysing web traffic, ensuring security on the Website and customising content for users on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);
- responding to your enquiries, providing you with a requested offer and corresponding with you in order to settle your case, on the basis of your consent and the Administrator's legitimate interest in fulfilling your requests (Article 6(1)(A) and (f) RODO);

5. Right to withdraw consent

If consent is the basis for data processing, you can withdraw it at any time using the contact details available on the Website. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

6 Obligation or voluntary provision of data

1. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary. Failure to do so will prevent the sending of the application form in order to obtain a personalised offer.

2. The provision of data necessary for the static analysis of the Website users is voluntary. It is possible to use the so-called incognito mode to browse the website without providing the Administrator with information about your visit to the Website. Using the incognito mode, and therefore not providing data, does not affect your ability to use the Website.

7. Rights under the RODO in respect of the data processed

Each user of the Website has the right to:
- request from the Administrator to inspect his/her data, as well as to receive a copy thereof (Article 15 RODO);
- request the Administrator to rectify or amend his/her data (Article 16 RODO) - with regard to the request for rectification of data when he/she notices that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
- request the erasure of data from the Controller (Art. 17 RODO);
- request the Controller to restrict processing (18 RODO) - e.g. when he/she notices that the data is incorrect - he/she can request the restriction of the processing of his/her data for a period of time allowing us to check the correctness of the data);
- lodge a complaint in relation to the Administrator's processing of their personal data with the President of the DPA (uodo.gov.pl).

8. Recipients of personal data

Recipients of personal data may only be entities which are entitled to receive them by law (e.g. the Police or a court, in connection with ongoing proceedings). In addition, data may be made available to couriers, postal operators, hosting provider and mail server.

9. Duration of data storage

Personal data will be stored:
- in the case of the conclusion of a contract for the entire duration of the contract;
- concerning billing for 5 years following the year in which the tax obligation related to the contract occurred;
- until your consent is withdrawn or until the matter is settled, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims by the parties relating to its execution;
- in the case of complaints, until the statute of limitations for any claims;
- related to web traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire and therefore the duration of data storage will be equivalent to the time necessary for the Administrator to fulfil the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analysing historical data related to website traffic.

10. Transfer of data to a third country or international organisation

Our Site uses suppliers outside the European Union who may have access to personal data. In the event of data transfer to third countries, we provide appropriate safeguards.
